Here's how yo manually encode your Google Product Search Feed. This format has been tested and submitted to Google base.

Id/SKU
Title/Product Name
Description
Brand
Price
Manufacturer #
Category
Google Search Category (Set-up this to Google Taxonomy)
Availability (In Stoct/Out of Stock)
Product URL
Product Image URL
Product Condition

Create this in excel and save as text tab delimited.

After creating the file upload to www.google.com/base.
If you are not sure of your listings, upload the file in testfeed section to see errors.

Note in feed settings: edit feed and check text, tab delimited
